SUMMARY

In line with the EU General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the UK Data Protection Act, we explain how we collect and treat any information you give us. We’ve tried to keep the wording in this policy easy to read and understand. ABOUT YOUR DATA

What information we collect, where we store it and what we do with it.

IF YOU CONTACT US BY EMAIL…

The email will contain your name and email address. The email message may contain other personal information, if you’ve provided it. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. We keep a copy of emails, including your name and email address in our email platform, Google Gmail.

IF YOU CONTACT US VIA A FORM ON OUR WEBSITE…

The form will send an email to us, as detailed above.

IF YOU CONTACT US THROUGH SOCIAL MEDIA…

The message will contain your name and social media username. The message may contain other personal information, if you’ve provided it. We use this information to respond to your enquiry. We keep a copy of messages in the social media app.

IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH…

We will ask for your name, business name, business address, delivery / service address (if different), business phone number and business email address. We use this information to do business with you, including sending proposals, invoices, statements, reports and reminders. We store your information in our records.

IF YOU BUY FROM OUR ONLINE STORE…

We will ask for your name, billing address, delivery address, phone number and email address. We use this information to fulfil your order. We store your own  information and a record of the transaction in our records. We do not store your payment card details, and do not ask for your payment details. All payments are made direct by yourself as detailed at the time of ordering.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We do not ask for, or store, bank details, credit / debit card numbers or any other payment information. We use bank transfers for our payments, your own bank/building society are legally responsible for your payment information. These third parties do not pass your payment information to us.

CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP

We also use a customer relationship management (CRM) tool to keep a record of your information and our conversations in once place.

WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR INFORMATION

Our committee have access to everything you’ve provided. Individual members only have access to what they need to do their job.

We will not share your information with anyone outside of our organisation, unless required to do so by law, or with your prior consent.

HOW WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION PRIVATE

Your information is stored on our internal network and/or third-party services online. These network services are secured by password-protection, and where available, two-factor authentication. To access your information we use computers protected by password or fingerprint recognition and mobile devices protected by passcode, fingerprint or facial recognition.

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR INFORMATION
