ENTRY PATHWAY
A dedicated entry pathway focused on safety and development to get new players ready for League Hockey.
1. Dedicated Safe Environment A safe environment for newer players who need support improving the basics (skating, stopping etc.). Made up of players from U12, U14 and U16 age groups with a similar skill level. The Objective is to create a safe environment to learn and progress without feeling anxious or worried.

2. Improve & Learn Focused training on improving skills required to compete in League games. More involved and more time on the puck carrying out drills and training which will specifically benefit each player. Monitored by registered age group coaches, with the opportunity to 'train-up' for those progressing to the right level.

3. Progress to main team! Play competitive In-House games for essential on-ice coaching, experience and fun! At the right time, and with the right amount of progress ... progress to your respective age group team.

- Age group coaches are able to focus on the skills and development required to play League games
- Allows U10 players moving up that season to join In-House games and learn to play full ice
