To order your MK Storm Player Jersey please complete and submit the form:

The MK Storm team Jerseys can only be ordered once you have registered with the team and are for players/goalies/parents only.
RESPONSIBILITY
MKJIHC will not accept responsibility for incorrect sizing at point of order, manufacture defects or wear and tear.

SHIPPING
Jerseys will be ordered from Jersey53 as a bulk order and take 6-8 weeks from the bulk order being placed. You will be notified by email when you can collect your order from the ice rink.
